Will Winter EVER End!
I am sure that it will, but these days I start to think that it will go on and on and on...
As much as I dont mind a cool breeze, I can't stand anything below 25degrees. Funnily enough I do love going to the snow, but that is a holiday - it is not like I live there.
One thing that I dont like about winter in Queensland is the fact that it is so bloody dry all the time. This is the last thing we need with Brisbane water supply at 30% and now Level 3 water restrictions. This means no more hosing at any time of the day, bucket watering only for the plants and also to wash the clothes. If we get down to 25% we will go up to Level 4 water restrictions, but at this stage we dont know what these will be...
So everyone - remember to make sure that your taps aren't dripping and try to have short showers :-) or shower with a Buddy :-)

I'm with you.... down with winter. My skin is dry my nose is wet (have a head cold) and am sick of cold feet. :o)

Oh, you haven't really experienced winter until you've heard Minnesotans complaining about the weather. Now those are some people who winge and moan about the weather like that was their job. And I think they like it. They're proud of their outrageously unnatural arctic cold. and winter goes on for about 7 months.
Ahh...I love Brisbane! but I've completely acclimatised and become a big sook. I'm sick of this cold to :)

Licia - I know what you mean, I used to be ok with the cold when I lived in Sydney, but I too have acclimatised.
and lately it is just getting colder...
